How to begin automating partner management?
The first step toward automation is determining what should actually be automated. To do this, we need a clear description and a process map of the activities carried out within our organization. The next step is identifying which processes and tasks cause the most pain points – where we lose the most time and money, and where the errors occur most often. In many cases, the problem is not process complexity but scale – for example, the need to perform dozens of simple tasks, like sending personalized emails to a database of 200 partners, while only a few partner managers handle the workload.
