The Partner Portal is a part of the PRM (Partnership Relations Management) platform used for communication among partners and franchisees, as well as increasing their engagement in business processes. In this post, we will discuss its most important functions.

This is the primary source of information about the partner and serves as a kind of partner profile. It contains key contact information, such as the partner’s email addresses and phone numbers, as well as those of their employees.

My Sphere

It’s a kind of communication hub. It serves as a source of information exchange between the partner and the organization. Partners have access to tasks, see current announcements and messages. Here you can also find current and essential documents for daily work.

Collaboration Area

This is a collection of various initiatives and projects that require collaboration within a specific process. Thanks to established procedures, we can effectively define the scope of activities, appoint a project or initiative leader, define goals and key assumptions, as well as estimate the implementation time. This is an area where partners have access to additional materials, documents, reports, and tasks related to ongoing projects and initiatives. In this section, we can also track submitted requests, applications, and issues.

Business Resources

A space for business activities, including audits, training, or access to a database of communication, marketing, and training materials. These are tools that enable the verification of the results of the work of individual partners as organizations and individual collaborators. This module is managed from the back-office level.
